When host Julie Nygard set out to write a book about the health benefits of chocolate, she decided to eat chocolate every day as part of the plan.  She fully expected to gain a lot of weight, but much to her surprise she didn't. She shares her story and the adventures involved with writing her book The Chocolate Therapist, unexpectedly launching a chocolate company, and her favorite part of the whole project, which has nothing to do with chocolate.
